Investment Lending was formed in 2001 in Utah during the refinance boom. Originally the company focused on traditional mortgages, but that changed very quickly. After reading a number of books on Real Estate, Investing, and Financial Strategies, the focus changed to finding loans for clients that facilitated investing. The ownership group decided to move the corporate headquarters to Las Vegas, NV in 2004 and since then has grown to include offices in Utah, Washington, Hawaii, Florida, and will soon be in Arizona and California. Since learning the principles of investing the commitment of Investing Lending is to educate clients on all loan possibilities and institute strategies to make their mortgages work for them and not the other way around.
